During a busy week of celebrating our hygienists, the team at Springer Dental Care surprised Dr. Springer with a wonderful staff carry-in for Boss’s Day! The appreciation he shows team members was certainly returned.

We’re thankful to have a boss that not only challenges us, but challenges himself to be better each day. This growth mindset balanced with grace makes for the right kind of leader!

10/15/2026

October is National Dental Hygiene Month and it’s a perfect time to celebrate the dental professionals that make Springer Dental Care so special! Whether it’s caring for your oral health or simply caring about you, our hygienists do truly care.

At your next appointment, let your hygienist know that you appreciate them! 🦷

Happy Birthday, Sara! 🎈

Our Bremen team celebrated Sara with a fan favorite, rice crispy treats. If you are a patient at Bremen and fortunate enough to be on the schedule with Sara, you know how sweet she is!

As a hygienist, Sara values each patient by extending kindness, compassion, and quality care. We appreciate this about her and are certain that you do, too. Balancing children and a work schedule can feel like a juggling act, but Sara does it all with a smile!

Please join us by wishing Sara a Happy Birthday! 🥳

Happy Birthday, Gissel! 🎂

Since joining SDC of Millersburg as a dental assistant, Gissel has shown tremendous work ethic and a dedication to supporting her patients and colleagues. Always striving to learn, Gissel has displayed a growth mindset that we are proud of. When she’s not working at Millersburg, she’s eager to help at our other locations. On Wednesdays you’ll find her at either Elkhart or Keystone building relationships within the larger SDC organization.

We are very appreciative of Gissel and confident that her future is bright!

Please join us by wishing Gissel a Happy Birthday! 🎉

Happy Birthday, Amaris! 🎈

Our Elkhart team is celebrating Amaris today with a delicious Bundt cake. When Amaris joined our team, she was just a kid, eager to learn about the dental world. She brings a smile to every patient she greets at the front desk and is juggling her responsibilities at work with college course work, chasing a future goal of being a hygienist.

We appreciate the positive attitude that Amaris brings each day, her desire to learn and grow, and hope she continues to follow her dreams!

We’re thankful for Nitza’s positive attitude and her willingness to support her colleagues, whether it’s sterilizing instruments, cleaning a room, or simply asking how she can help. In addition to working two jobs, Nitza is a student with future plans of being a hygienist!

Happy Birthday… Whitney, Tom, Yareli, and Merary!

Our Elkhart Team Celebrated four August birthdays this week. It’s great that we were able to celebrate each of these special individuals as a group. We recognize the uniqueness of each person, but are reminded that our ability to collaborate and work collectively is what makes this team special!

Yareli joined our front desk team in April and has been doing a fantastic job connecting with and supporting patients. Whitney is an assistant at Elkhart - her patience and kindness help each patient feel comfortable and supported. Merary’s experience, skill, determination, and commitment to passing along helpful information to her colleagues at Elkhart and beyond is so very much appreciated. Tom is always working behind the scenes to support our six locations and all of our team members.

Again, it’s a combination of team members and skill sets like this that make SDC so special!

Please help us celebrate Whitney, Tom, Yareli, and Merary by wishing them a Happy Birthday! 🎉

Happy Birthday, Robyn! 🎉

Our Crossroads Team celebrated Robyn today. As an important member of our front desk team, Robyn supports her colleagues and our patients. The experience often begins and ends with Robyn. We’re glad that she understands the significance of this important role and works hard to continue to grow.

Additionally, Robyn cleans multiple offices. It’s her hard work and ability to still smile and laugh that make Robyn a special part of the team.

Please join us by wishing Robyn a Happy Birthday! 🎂

Our Crossroads Team is celebrating Kim today! 🎉

This is not our typical celebration… This is a “Woo hoo, you did it… last cancer treatment celebration!” 🥳

Kim’s positive attitude, resilience, quickness to smile, and unrelenting faith has inspired us throughout this challenging journey.

Life is tough and so are you. We are proud.❤️
