Did you know that your teeth are actually the hardest substance in your body? 🦷💎
While they’re incredibly strong, they’re also susceptible to damage from everyday habits, like grinding your teeth at night or consuming sugary snacks frequently. That’s why it’s so important to take good care of them!

Here are a few tips to keep your smile strong:
✅ Brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste
✅ Don’t forget to floss daily to remove plaque from between your teeth
✅ Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and cleanings
✅ Avoid sugary snacks and drinks that can contribute to cavities

Taking care of your teeth now means a healthier, brighter smile for years to come! 😁
