Amazing transformation only 1 week after All-on-X implant surgery!

Our patient had missing, broken and decaying teeth that were causing pain and issues with eating.

Dr. Vishal Advani removed all the teeth and implants were placed under IV sedation. The temporary teeth were placed the same day.

All-on-X Revision Surgery

Edyta shares her experience with Dr. Vishal Advani and Elk Grove Smile Center and Advani Implant Institute.

Edyta had a 10-year old Upper Implant Surgery and Bridge completed at a different office. The implants had bone loss over the years and her dentist told her there wasn't enough bone to place more implants or to fix her broken bridge. Dr. Vishal Advani removed the failing implants and placed 6 implants with Pterygoid implants. The permanent Zirconia bridge was completed by Dr. Advani. Edyta was thrilled with the result!

Football trauma! Our awesome patient was playing football with friends and snapped his 2 front teeth. Both teeth needed to be removed and a single implant was planned to replace both teeth. 2 implants would have compromised the blood supply and affected the tissue levels. The patient also had a deep bite that was taken into account in planning.

Dr. Vishal Advani removed the 2 broken front teeth, placed a dental implant the same day. After full healing, the teeth were attached and the patient is good as new.
