We’ve been having phone issues lately, but we had no clue how bad they were. Our IT did some work on the system and voicemails from weeks or months ago started showing up and the system is still not running smoothly. We are still working on the system, but if you’ve had trouble getting in touch with us over the past few months, we truly apologize. We are working hard to get things fixed. Doc even got out his saw to make holes to help find wires, thankfully no one got shocked!

So we got the fiber optic thing fixed, but we are still having phone issues. If you’ve had trouble reaching us over the past couple months, there has been a glitch in the matrix! Hopefully we will get this resolved soon, sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

So, if you’ve had trouble getting in touch with us via phone or voicemail recently, we now know why. It seams that a mole has been nibbling on our fiber optic cable for a while and finally got through all of it. Apparently the hub for all of south elk is in our backyard!
They got it fixed yesterday, so hopefully our phone, voicemail, and faxes are going to be working like normal again. If you’ve had trouble reaching us, we apologize, but hopefully the mole found something else to nibble on and we will be back to normal.

Our server has been down for two days as well as our phone lines. We are trying to communicate via our texting app, but it’s not cooperating very well either. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are working on getting it resolved.
