Energy drinks aren’t the enemy… but your teeth definitely notice them ☕⚡🦷

A lot of energy drinks are highly acidic, which can slowly wear down enamel and increase sensitivity over time. Add in the sugar (or even some sugar-free acids), and your teeth can take a hit before you even realize it.

You don’t have to give them up completely just try not to sip on them all day long, rinse with water after, and wait a little before brushing.

Your dentist isn’t here to judge your caffeine habits… we’re just trying to keep your smile strong while you survive the week 😅
