Sun City Oral Surgery & Implant Center Dr. Fallah is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS).

He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center and served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps for over 25 years in many positions of high responsibility while serving our nation. His goal is to provide the highest quality of surgery to every single patient because he understands that everyone deserves the best quality of life.
