Thursday, Jan 2nd - OPEN - 8am - 12pm

Due to several dentists retiring in the El Dorado and surrounding areas, we are experiencing an increase in new patients. In order to serve them and our existing patients, we are implementing a new scheduling policy. PLEASE READ:

NEW PATIENTS:
Must complete new patient paperwork BEFORE we schedule your appointment. Can be emailed, mailed, texted or picked up in person at our office.

ALL PATIENTS:
Must confirm at least 24 hours before your appointment. Patients are contacted by mail 1 month before and by text and/or phone call 1 week and 2 days before to confirm their appointment; therefore make sure we have your correct contact info on file)
**if you do not confirm and/or do not show up to your appointment, you will not be allowed to reschedule and may have to seek treatment at another office**

In the event of a true emergency where you can't make your appointment, you must contact us ASAP.
