Today, we want to show our appreciation for the amazing people who make our practices feel like family! From our doctors showing up every day to care for each child’s individual treatment needs to the love, support, and kindness they show each of us as staff members, we couldn’t ask for better bosses. We are so grateful not only for the incredible leadership but also for the friendships that come along with it!

A special thank-you to our operations manager, Ashley, for helping keep everything running smoothly across all three of our SIPD offices. Ashley, we truly couldn’t do it without you! 🤍

While we celebrate Bosses Day today, we believe every day is an opportunity to appreciate the people who make such a positive impact on our work family. That extra chromosome may cause some developmental and physical differences — but it also comes with incredible uniqueness, personality, love, and strength. ✨
