Did you know your toothbrush shouldn’t last forever? Most people keep theirs way too long!

Swap out your toothbrush (or electric head) every 3–4 months or sooner if the bristles look frayed.

Why it matters:
Worn bristles don’t clean your teeth properly and can leave plaque behind

Bonus tip: After being sick, it’s a good idea to replace your toothbrush to avoid reintroducing bacteria.
