Some habits seem harmless, but they can actually do more damage to your teeth than people realize.

Chewing ice, sipping acidic drinks all day, grinding your teeth at night, or even using your teeth to open things can slowly wear down enamel or cause small cracks over time.

Most of the time people don’t even realize it’s happening until they start noticing sensitivity or a chipped tooth.
