🌊 WE’VE REACHED THE 50% MARK! 🦷

Big milestones call for a celebration! We’re excited to share that construction at Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry has officially reached the halfway point, and we’ve PASSED our electrical and plumbing inspections! 🎉 Every day, our vision is becoming more of a reality, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the journey with you!

With this exciting news we wanted to share a room that is essentially the heart of Anchors Point- our X-ray room!

Inspired by the feeling of being under the sea, we designed this space to bring the beauty and tranquility of the ocean indoors. With flowing blue waves, immersive ocean-inspired details, and a ceiling that acts to reflect water above, we wanted to create an experience that feels a little less like a dental office and a little more like an underwater adventure! Our goal is to make even the most unfamiliar parts of a dental visit feel fun, welcoming, and comfortable for you and your family!

From passing inspections to watching each uniquely designed space come to life, every milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming your families to Anchors Point. ⚓️

Dr. Francis and everyone here at Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry wanted to extend the biggest Thank You to everyone who liked, shared, commented, re-posted, and pre-registered with our post yesterday. We were a little sad to share the news, but you guys truly know how to turn our frowns upside down! We are truly so blessed and excited to become apart of such an amazing community!

We have been really busy behind the scenes as you can see and really working hard to be apart of the community. Here are a few of the upcoming community events that you'll find Anchors Point!

Saturday October 3rd: Gator Day at Davidsonville Park from 10 am- 1 pm. Location: 3042 Patuxent River Road Davidsonville, MD

Thursday October 15th: Anchors Point is a proud community sponsor for Edgewater Elementary. We will be at Edgewater's Reading Night and Resource Fair from 5pm-6pm. We will be located right next to the mobile food pantry which is open to the public!

Saturday October 17th: Paws and Pumpkins at the AmericanK9 Association located on 3869 Birdsville Rd, Davidsonville MD, from 2pm-6pm! Make sure to get your tickets online!

Saturday: November 7th: Christmas Vendor Market from 9:30 am-3pm located at First Baptist Church of Calvert County: 155 German Chapel Road Prince Frederick MD.

Make sure to come out, grab some goodies, and meet members of our Anchors Point Team! We can't wait to see you!

✨A Little Update From Anchors Point ✨

Good things take time… but we’re not trying to build something that’s just good. We’re building something great!

Due to some unexpected construction delays, our previously anticipated late-November opening is unfortunately being pushed into this winter — currently anticipated for late December/early January 🥺

While we’re very disappointed that we’ll have to wait a little longer to welcome you aboard, we’re using every extra day to make sure Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry becomes the warm, fun, thoughtfully designed space we envisioned for our patients and families.

🎉 BIG & EXCITING NEWS! 🎉

Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry is officially coming to life! ⚓️

Dr. Francis is so excited to finally share this first big milestone with you — the wall frames are officially going up, and we are starting to see the vision for Anchors Point become a reality!

What started as an idea and a dream is now taking shape right in front of us. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but seeing these walls go up makes this journey feel that much more real.

We can’t wait to show you what we’re building and, most importantly, to eventually welcome all of our little patients and their families into their new dental home.

This is just the beginning… and we’re so excited to bring you along for the journey!

🦷⚓ WE’RE HIRING — DENTAL ASSISTANT! ⚓🦷

Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry is growing our crew in Edgewater, Maryland, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to be part of something special from the beginning.

We’re building a pediatric dental office centered around exceptional patient experiences, teamwork, and creating a place where kids actually feel comfortable coming to the dentist. We want someone who is dependable, positive, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families.

We're so excited to announce that we will be at the Davidsonville Farmers Market this Saturday September 12th from 10am-2pm! We look forward to seeing you there!

Anchors Point Pediatric Dentistry is happy to announce that we will be credentialed with most major PPO plans, Maryland Healthy Smiles (Medicaid), and Tricare!

Thank you everyone who came to see us today at the Southern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce Community Car show today! It was such a pleasure talking about our practice and what is coming with Anchors Point! We can’t wait for our doors to open to show you all what we have in store!

Come stop by our booth, meet the Anchors Point team, grab a goodie bag, and learn more about our new pediatric dental office opening soon in Edgewater, and there’s a little something extra!
