CVS Now Open for Vaccine Appointments in Georgia
Appointments are open now, and vaccinations began on Friday, February 12. Patients must register in advance at CVS.com or through the CVS Pharmacy app, and people without online access can contact CVS customer service: (800) 746-7287. Walk-in vaccinations without an appointment will not be provided.

One year ago, the first case of COVID-19 in the U.S. was reported to CDC. Rates of COVID-19 cases and deaths are continuing to rise across the country. The current 7-day average of new cases is 208,548. The current 7-day average of new deaths is 3,269. It is more important than ever to practice healthy habits to help slow the spread:

Oral health is essential to overall health and keeping regular dental appointments can help spot medical conditions that show symptoms in the mouth. Dentists are following CDC and ADA recommendations to keep us healthy at appointments during COVID-19.

As the World Health Organization recommends putting off routine dental check-ups over fears of spreading COVID-19, the American Dental Association says it "strongly disagrees" with the advice.
