“They’ll fall and rip the lip-tie someday…” A fall is not a treatment plan.

An accidental tear can be painful, bloody, and frightening—and may not resolve the restriction. When limited lip movement interferes with feeding, using a spoon or straw, smiling, giving kisses, or comfortable brushing, those concerns deserve attention.
