Today we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone — 25 years of dedication, hard work, and leadership from our amazing office manager, Jessica!

Jessica stepped into her role as Office Manager in January 2025 after serving 2 years as our Clinical Supervisor, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, experience, and heart. Over the years, she has worked closely alongside Dr. Riddle and Dr. Joudeh, gaining invaluable clinical expertise that continues to guide and strengthen our team every day.

Her leadership, commitment, and passion for excellence help keep our office running smoothly and moving in the right direction.

Jessica, thank you for your dedication, your guidance, and for being such an important part of the Upstate OMS family. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙
