UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19 RELATED CLINIC CHANGES AT NOW CARE DENTAL 4-7-2020
We are open for business and have a limited crew of staff volunteers to provide PALLIATIVE TREATMENT for your emergency dental needs. Our hours may vary and therefore we request you call for an appointment to ensure we have staff in the building to treat you.
In order to comply with recent federal and state health recommendations regarding social distancing, we have implemented the following protocols.
STARTING APRIL 7TH, 2020, WE WILL HAVE ALL PATIENTS WAIT IN THEIR VEHICLE UNTIL WE CALL YOU IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
For patients arriving at the clinic, please call our front desk (651-686-6800) and wait in your car for further instructions. A team member will be in contact with you by phone to ask you questions related to your visit. Only the patient may enter the building when directed to do so. Visitors/drivers must remain in their vehicle. Exceptions will be made for patients under age 18.
We will take your temperature prior to bringing you back to a treatment room. If you present with a fever, you will be advised to postpone your treatment, leave the building and follow up with your primary care physician.

Patient questionnaires and history forms will be completed in your treatment room rather than in the lobby. Zero contact payment methods and treatment plan options will be discussed over the phone. We will do our best to verify your insurance and maximize your benefits however, our resources will be limited. It is possible that our insurance specialist will need to follow up with you within a few days to get the information needed to submit a claim on your behalf.

Please, for the health and safety of us all, alert our staff in advance if you or someone in the household is ill or experiencing clinical signs associated with COVID-19.

We appreciate your patience while we implement these changes and navigate this constantly changing situation. We are committed to continuing to provide outstanding care to our patients while decreasing risk to our staff and community. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

NOTICE

Now Care Dental will be closed on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 as a COVID-19 precaution.
We have not had any reported illnesses within our employee and patient population. The day will be used to plan for the future in case this illness requires long term closures.
When we re-open on Wednesday, March 18th, we will have condensed hours of operation and a limited crew of staff volunteers to care for patients that are experiencing pain, swelling or trauma.
Elective procedures have been postponed through March, 31st, 2020. As you know, this is a fluid situation and this date could change.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
