It is hard to believe today it has been a year without her love, laughter, kindness and her light that made every day extraordinary. We miss her more than words can say. I still feel her presence; gentle, steady, reminding me that love never truly leaves us. Grief has its heavy heavy weight, but so does hope. Mine is in the promise that we’ll see her again. It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Dr. Ivelis Hernández-Ramírez on December 12, 2024. Dr. Hernández-Ramírez underwent heart surgery for her congenital heart defect but unfortunately did not survive.

Dr. Hernández-Ramírez was not only an exceptional dentist but also a cherished co-owner of H&L Dentistry. She leaves behind her loving husband, Dr. Lasanta, and her two beloved dogs Chanel & Prada.

Her compassionate care, expertise, and warm smile will be profoundly missed by our staff and patients alike. Dr. Hernández-Ramírez's dedication to her patients, the H&L staff and her profession has left an indelible mark on our practice and community.

Our prayers are with her family during this difficult time. We will honor her memory by continuing to provide the high-quality dental care she was so passionate about.
