Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary to dental assistant, Paige! 🤩

For the past five years, Paige has gone above and beyond for both our team and our patients each and every day. No matter what is needed, she is always willing to jump in and help. When she is not assisting patients chairside, you may see her helping at the front desk with check-ins and check-outs or hear her friendly voice on the phone when you call our office.

Paige truly cares about every patient who walks through our doors and works hard to make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. She has a special way of helping patients feel at ease and easing the stress and anxiety that can come with dental visits.

One of Paige’s favorite things about working at CDA is the family atmosphere within our office. She loves that everyone is always there for one another through both the good days and the challenging ones, making work feel more like spending the day with family.

Happy 4-Year Work Anniversary to dental hygienist, Erica! ✨️

For the past four years, Erica has gone above and beyond in caring for her patients and making meaningful connections with everyone she meets. She has a special way of turning conversations into friendships, making her patients feel more like family each time they visit our office. One of Erica’s favorite parts of her job is seeing patients leave with a smile, and her kindness and compassion shine through every day.

Happy Root Canal Therapy Day! 🦷

Root canal therapy often gets associated with pain, but in reality, the treatment is designed to relieve discomfort by removing infection and protecting your natural tooth. By saving the tooth structure, patients are able to continue chewing and functioning comfortably once treatment is completed.

Treating infection early is important, as untreated infections can spread to the surrounding bone and, in more severe cases, other areas of the body. Fortunately, root canal therapy is highly successful and helps many patients return to feeling healthy, comfortable, and confident again.

Recovery is typically quick, with only mild soreness for a few days, however patients are generally back to normal activities the next day!

We are grateful that our dentists can provide root canal therapy for many of our patients right here in our office. However, in certain cases, we may refer patients to an endodontist, a specialist in root canal therapy, to ensure the highest level of care. 🤩
