Wilson Orthodontics is looking for one exceptional person to join our team as a full-time Orthodontic Assistant.

This is not just a job opening — it’s a long-term position for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants to be part of a strong, positive team.

Our current assistant is leaving for dental hygiene school after two great years, and we are committed to finding the right person to step into this role.

No orthodontic experience required. We train thoroughly.
But we are selective about who we train.

This role is a great fit for someone who:
• Naturally takes initiative without being asked
• Communicates well with both patients and teammates
• Pays close attention to detail
• Follows through consistently
• Brings a positive attitude every day
