Please join me in welcoming Dr. Wenshley Henry to the practice. After much thought and deliberation, I have decided to pursue my professional and personal goals by selling my practice with a move toward retirement. As I make this transition, I could not be more confident in transitioning my valued patients to Dr. Henry’s excellent care. This decision has not been easy as I view my patients as family.
In my search for someone to assume your care, it was important to find a dentist who shares my values and core belief that dentistry is not only about treating teeth, but more importantly, about treating the whole person. At a time when corporate dental practices are becoming increasingly common, I also wanted to ensure that my patients would never feel like just a statistic.
After getting to know Dr. Henry, I know that we share similar philosophies and I am confident he will uphold my long-standing commitment to the Durham area and surrounding communities. Dr. Henry is a graduate of the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor School of Dentistry and has spent the past five years working as an associate dentist in Arizona and North Carolina. Dr. Henry has extensive training in a wide range of general dentistry services.
Dr. Henry will assume ownership of the practice at its current location effective March 6th, 2026. The office telephone number will remain the same, and the office and clinical staff will continue to serve you alongside Dr. Henry. If you have an open balance with the practice, please continue to send all payments to the office. I sincerely thank you for your support, confidence, friendship, and patronage over my thirty-five years in practice. I hope that you will extend the same trust and confidence to Dr. Henry in the future. I feel strongly that I am leaving you in great hands.
