Why was our dental team at the beach? 🌊☀️🏝️

Because taking care of people starts with how we take care of each other.

That means learning how each of us communicates, what we need from one another, where we can do better, and when to ask for help.

Some days you have 100% to give. Some days you have 75%. On those days, you let someone else carry a little more. Another day, you’ll be the one carrying them. We all have those days.

It means stepping in when someone’s overwhelmed. Speaking up when something isn’t right. And knowing that nobody on this team is expected to just stand there and accept being treated poorly.

We spend a lot of hours together. It matters what those hours feel like.

So yes, we went to the beach. We made meals together, ate all the seafood we could get our hands on, laughed our heads off playing Drawful, and somehow still talked about teeth more than any normal group of people should. 🦷

We worked on being a better team, but we also just had fun being together ❤️

Looking at this picture makes me smile. We barely knew each other then. Little did I know that one day you’d become one of my dearest friends.

You are one of the smartest, most intuitive, kindest, and empathetic people I know. You are incredibly generous with your time and energy, always willing to help, listen, or step in whenever someone needs you.

You’re our office Snow White. ❤️ Everyone loves you, patients, coworkers, and even woodland creatures.

The funny part? People still get us mixed up at the office. I guess after all these years, we’ve rubbed off on each other.

I’m so grateful life brought us together. Happy Birthday to one of my favorite people. I hope this year is as wonderful as you are. ❤️

There is something about a baby’s laugh that makes the whole world feel lighter. ❤️

Watching this old video takes me right back. It’s one of those moments that reminds me how quickly time passes and how grateful I am for the life I’ve been able to build.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

This country gave my family opportunities we never imagined were possible. It gave me the chance to become a dentist, build a practice I love, serve this incredible community, and raise my children here.
