Looking at this picture makes me smile. We barely knew each other then. Little did I know that one day you’d become one of my dearest friends.

You are one of the smartest, most intuitive, kindest, and empathetic people I know. You are incredibly generous with your time and energy, always willing to help, listen, or step in whenever someone needs you.

You’re our office Snow White. ❤️ Everyone loves you, patients, coworkers, and even woodland creatures.

The funny part? People still get us mixed up at the office. I guess after all these years, we’ve rubbed off on each other.

I’m so grateful life brought us together. Happy Birthday to one of my favorite people. I hope this year is as wonderful as you are. ❤️

There is something about a baby’s laugh that makes the whole world feel lighter. ❤️

Watching this old video takes me right back. It’s one of those moments that reminds me how quickly time passes and how grateful I am for the life I’ve been able to build.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

This country gave my family opportunities we never imagined were possible. It gave me the chance to become a dentist, build a practice I love, serve this incredible community, and raise my children here.

🪥 Brush first? Floss first? Mouthwash before or after? 🤔

Ask five dental professionals, and you might get a few different answers.

Some recommend flossing before brushing. Others have different thoughts on when to use mouthwash. There are good reasons behind each approach.

But here’s what we can all agree on…

The best oral hygiene routine is the one you’ll actually stick with.

Brush twice a day. Clean between your teeth every day. If mouthwash is part of your routine, great!

Consistency is far more important than perfection. 🦷✨
