🦷 You may be wondering what are sugar bugs and how do you know if your child has sugar bugs?

"Sugar bugs" are areas of sticky plaque on the teeth that often result in cavities. (Tooth decay)

🦷There are a few key signs your child could be experiencing tooth decay.

1. You see dark stains on a tooth.🦷

2. Chewing on only one side of the mouth. 😬

3. Constantly placing a finger in their mouth to remove stuck food. 👈

4. You see tooth structure missing.🦷

If your child is experiencing any of these signs it is important to see a pediatric dentist sooner than later. Untreated sugar bugs can lead to pain, discomfort, baby root canals or premature tooth loss 😔

Dental Benefits, use them or lose them!
