Steps for replacing a front crown and veneer with MHM:
1. carefully remove the existing porcelain.
2. Frame the first tooth by building the palatal-incisal first, next the proximal, and then the gingival-facial.
3. Repeat these steps for the second frame.
4. Test and approve the length, occlusion and phonetics.
5. Cut-back into the frames, color them, and place a clear layer over top.
6. Finish all the detail work consistent with what we observe in nature.
