Real world dentistry! 🦷

This patient was given options for treatment due to decay on existing composite veneers along with wanting to improve the overall esthetics of her smile. Orthodontic treatment was recommended as part of an ideal plan to help align her teeth; however, the patient elected not to pursue orthodontics.

Instead, after reviewing the risks and benefits, we created an alternative plan using full porcelain crowns to improve the overall shape, proportions, symmetry, and esthetics of this patient’s smile.

The best treatment plan is one that balances clinical
recommendations, esthetic goals, and what works best for each individual patient. This patient was very happy with the results and so are we! ✨😁

Please join us in welcoming our newest associate dentist, Dr. Kayla Nero! 🦷

Dr. Kayla Nero is a Cleveland native and dedicated dental associate committed to providing high quality, patient centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, with a minor in Biology, from The Ohio State University in 2021. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2025. Following dental school, Dr. Nero completed a one year residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, where she further developed her clinical skills and expanded her experience in areas including implant dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nero enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She recently got engaged to her fiancé, who is also a practicing dentist, and they share a passion for the field. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors and expressing her creativity through cooking and baking.

A weekend well spent at the Bulletproof Summit in Arizona! 🌵✈️

We’re heading home inspired, energized, and excited to put what we learned into action to continue growing and better serving our patients. 🦷💙

We’re especially thankful for Dr. Troy and Dr. Daher who continue to invest in their team and give us opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve. We can’t wait to bring some fresh ideas back to the office!

Stop 5 and that’s a wrap on this week’s Appreciation Tour! 🥤

Our final stop of the week brings us to Doylestown Dental, where we’re serving complimentary dirty sodas and a well-deserved afternoon pick-me-up courtesy of Barnett Orthodontics-Invisalign and Braces for Adults and Children.

Five stops, lots of dirty sodas, and so many wonderful teams. It’s been a pleasure spending the week visiting offices throughout Northeast Ohio and helping celebrate the people who make a difference in their patients’ lives every day.
