This patient had congenitally missing upper front teeth. In his teenage years, a dental bridge was placed to fill the space — but unfortunately, it was poorly proportioned. His front teeth appeared too large and unnatural, (as can be seen in the before picture), something he lived with for decades without realizing there were better options.

When the bridge began to fail, he came to our office. Through a customized treatment plan involving dental implants and natural-looking crowns, we were able to completely transform his smile.

He was genuinely shocked to see how much more balanced and harmonious his smile could look — and how much it impacted his overall appearance.
