Strong, accurate, and beautiful 😍

For this case, one of our customers had a patient with an AOX hybrid denture that was around 8 years old. It was worn down, and it was time for something better.

👉 After discussing the pros and cons of a full zirconia prosthesis, the doctor and patient settled on a sleeve of zirconia over a titanium bar.

💪 That’s where we came in.

We used the Fusion Bar workflow from Panthera Dental with an anodized bar. The bar eliminates the inaccuracies of ti-bases, while providing a titanium interface for the screws.

The precision machining of the bar and zirconia also provides a uniform cement gap, assuring full and complete adhesion with little to no risk of debonding.

The prosthesis is lighter than an all-zirconia option, and its overall strength is improved by supporting the zirconia with the titanium bar. On top of that, we could even angle the screw channels for better screw hole placement.
