A beautiful new chapter began on Friday as our amazing dental assistant, Tessa, said “I do!” 💍

It was a truly magical day, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she begins this exciting new journey. Seeing such a wonderful person celebrate such a special milestone brought so much joy to all of us at Dorr Family Dentistry.

Please join us in congratulating Tessa and her husband, Tyler, and giving Tyler a warm welcome to the DFD family!

At Dorr Family Dentistry, continuing education is an important part of providing great patient care.

Recently, Dr. Dudzik and Dr. Schild attended a continuing education course focused on endodontics (root canal treatment). Staying current on advances in dentistry helps us better diagnose, treat, and guide our patients through their oral health needs.

Whether treatment is completed in our office or with a trusted specialist, we are committed to helping our patients receive the highest quality care every step of the way.

This Memorial Day, we paused to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We are grateful for their service and the sacrifices made by so many families.

We were grateful to kick off the holiday weekend together as a team with a cookout at Wende’s. It’s always such a treat to spend time at her home, enjoy great food, visit all of the animals, and connect outside of the office.

We’re so thankful for time spent together and hope everyone is heading into the summer season feeling refreshed, healthy, and ready for all the fun ahead!

Congratulations, Seniors! 🎓

This is always such an exciting time for families as high school seniors graduate and begin thinking about what’s next. Dorr Family Dentistry is so proud of all of our patients completing high school this week! For many of you, we’ve had the privilege of watching you grow up and have been part of your journey since you first started school.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming Reegan, a senior from Hopkins High School and Allegan Tech Center, into our office on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. You may have had the chance to meet her! Reegan spent time shadowing in our office and learning the ins and outs of dentistry.

We always enjoy welcoming students into our practice because we know we have such awesome welcoming patient. Thank you for helping make experiences like this so special.

Congratulations again to the Class of 2026! We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you do next!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Lee Brady along with several local dentists from the Pankey Institute and the Grand Rapids Study Club at our office!

It was a great opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with others who are passionate about continuing education and providing the best care for patients. We’re especially excited to be able to utilize our new upstairs continuing education space for events like this, with more to come!
