💙 Your kind words mean more than you know! 💙

As Dorr Family Dentistry continues to grow, we’re reminded every day how important Google reviews are in helping new patients find a dental home. Choosing a new dentist is a big decision, and hearing about others’ experiences can make all the difference!

We are so grateful for all the kind reviews our patients have shared with us over the years. Your trust, support, and willingness to recommend our office mean the world to our entire team!

If you’ve had a great experience with us and haven’t left a review yet, we would truly appreciate you taking a moment to share your thoughts. Your review could help someone else feel confident choosing Dorr Family Dentistry for their dental care!

We were thrilled to host the Grand Rapids Pankey Study Club this past Friday right here at Dorr Family Dentistry!

Our office welcomed 37 dentists from across the area for a fantastic full-day presentation by Dr. Todd Davis on Comprehensive Restorative Care Treatment Planning, with a special focus on patient-centered care.

It was an incredible day of learning, collaboration, and sharing ideas with fellow dental professionals who are passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive care for their patients.

We’re proud to have our continuing education space serve as a place where dental professionals can come together, learn from one another, and continue growing in their commitment to excellent patient care.

A big thank you to Dr. Todd Davis and the Grand Rapids Pankey Study Club for an outstanding day! We’re already looking forward to the next one!

🥤Rethink Your Drink! 🥤

Back to school means backpacks, new school supplies, busy schedules… and often a FUN drink in hand!

But this school year, we’re encouraging parents AND students to RETHINK YOUR DRINK!

We know it’s fun to grab a coffee, energy drink, soda, or flavored drink on the way to class, but frequent sipping on beverages other than water can significantly increase the risk of tooth decay.

And don’t let “ZERO SUGAR” fool you! Even without sugar, many popular drinks can be highly acidic, which can weaken and wear away tooth enamel.

Our favorite back-to-school drink? WATER! It keeps you hydrated, helps rinse your teeth, and is always a great choice for your smile.

So as you head back to school, remember: Rethink your drink. Your teeth will thank you!

🦩 We got FLOCKED! 🦩

We had some special guests waiting for us this morning after a little visit from the Wayland seniors last night!

We’re happy to support such a fun fundraiser and, more importantly, wish all of our local seniors the BEST as they head into their final year of high school!

Enjoy every minute of your senior year, seniors! We can’t wait to see what’s next for all of you!

☕️ A little midday pick-me-up! ☕️

Today during lunch, we took a little break from the office and walked down to District Coffee for a mid-day pick-me-up!

Nothing like a little fresh air, good coffee, and time together to recharge before getting back to taking care of our patients!

We’re lucky to have such a great local spot just a short walk away!

✨ Meet Rya! ✨

If you’ve visited Dorr Family Dentistry since November, chances are you’ve been greeted by Rya’s smiling face when you walked through our doors or wished a friendly “see you next time!” on your way out.

Rya joined the DFD team in November with no previous dental experience, but she has jumped right in and has been learning all things dentistry and dental insurance. Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and friendly personality have made her a wonderful addition to our team.

We’re so grateful to have Rya as part of the DFD family! Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in the office!

✨ Meet the Team: Isaac! ✨

Over the past year, we’ve been excited to welcome several new faces to the Dorr Family Dentistry family! If you’ve visited us since January, you’ve probably had the chance to meet Isaac.

Isaac joined our team in January and has quickly become an important part of keeping our office running smoothly. Whether he’s assisting chairside or working behind the scenes in our sterilization area, he’s always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile.

We’re also excited to share that Isaac is currently attending Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC), where he’s studying Dental Hygiene. We love seeing his passion for dentistry and can’t wait to watch him continue to grow in the profession.

We’re so thankful to have Isaac on our team! Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in the office!
