Another dancer has joined the Ricci Orthodontic Studio family as one of our orthodontic assistants! 🦷🩰🧑🏼‍🩰

Believe it or not, dancers make incredible orthodontic assistants. Why?

Natalia recently graduated from FIU with her degree in Biology and is currently studying for the DAT as she prepares to pursue a career in orthodontics. She comes from a Cuban and Spanish family and values the culture and traditions that shaped her. In her free time, Natalia enjoys dancing, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be part of this community and looks forward to getting to know everyone in the office!

Some days it feels like I have three people living in my head…🤯

👩‍👧 Mom Brain: “Did I sign the school form? Who needs a snack? Wait… where are your shoes?!”

🦷 Orthodontist Brain: “That smile arc could be even better. Did they wear their elastics? We need to check that midline.”

💼 Business Owner Brain: “How can we make the patient experience even better? What’s next for the team? Did I answer that email?”

The truth is, wearing all these hats isn’t always easy. There are days it feels chaotic, and days it feels incredibly rewarding. But I wouldn’t trade any of them.

Being an orthodontist isn’t just about straightening teeth. Being a business owner isn’t just about running a practice. And being a mom… well, that’s the role that keeps me grounded through it all.
