In this video, one of our patients shares her experience with Dr. DeLoach and our team and talks about her journey toward a more comfortable and functional smile.

Her treatment included an implant-supported lower denture and a removable upper denture, designed to provide increased stability and support to help improve her ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.

Meet Nicole, one of our amazing Registered Dental Assistants. Nicole has been part of our team since May 2025 and especially enjoys being involved in implant and All-on-X cases. Her coworkers describe her as whimsical, reliable, and genuine. One of her favorite parts of dentistry is helping patients regain confidence in their smiles and building meaningful relationships with them.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting s***t, sewing, and tending to her flower garden. She loves spending time with her husband, Case, and their son, James Ryker. She is also a proud pet mom to her two cats, Goose and Simba, her fish, Terry Splash, and her hamster, Chubs. Her favorite Bible verse is Luke 12:34, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Nicole says one of the things she appreciates most about our team is that they took a chance on her when she had no dental experience and have encouraged, supported, and loved her since day one. If she were not working in dentistry, Nicole says she would pursue her dream of becoming a fighter pilot.
