Good afternoon! We hope that everyone is having a blessed Monday.
There has been some changes to our office that we would like for our wonderful patients to know. Please help us welcome the new owner and Dr. of our wonderful office, Dr. Prabhdeep Sandhu.
Starting September 1st we will start offering orthodontic treatment in our office. Our office staff is THRILLED, that means that we will now be able to provide all of your dental needs all in one place!
Here is a bio of Dr. Sandhu,
Dr. Sandhu obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at J.N. Kapoor D.A.V. Dental College, Yamunanagar, Haryana, India in 2009. She then obtained her Master of Dental Surgery in orthodontics and dentofacial orthodontics at S.D.M. College of Dental Science in Dharwad, Karnataka, India. She then later received her Doctor of Dental Surgery, DDS from UB School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, NY.
Dr. Sandhu is a wonderful wife and mother of two beautiful girls.
Dr. Sandhu loves to swim, read inspiring nonfiction spiritual books, and work out at the gym. Dancing is her passion, as well as singing and learning a new skill each year. In her spare time Dr. Sandhu likes to play with her daughters, do creative crafts, and practice yoga.
We are excited for this new change to our office and we hope you guys are too. We can’t wait to continue creating healthy, happy smiles for every generation.

We are hiring!!!📣

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a strong understanding of dental terminology, as well as the ability to assist in both general and specialized dentistry, including pediatric dentistry.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, insuring positive first impression of the clinic.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Manage patient records, including medical documentation and medical coding, while maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.
Utilize EMR systems for efficient patient management.
Perform chairside assisting duties, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for treatment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Assist with pediatric patients, demonstrating patience and understanding of their unique needs.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sterilized and ready for use.
Experience

Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of general dentistry practices.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus, along with knowledge of prosthodontics and endodontics.
Proficiency in using medical imaging equipment.
Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
