Last week, we had our Orthodontic Staff Appreciation Week! 🦷💙

We celebrated the amazing team that keeps our smiles straight and our patients happy every single day. From scheduling to sterilization, chairside assistance to patient care, indirect and direct patient care — your talent, expertise, and positive energy make all the difference!

As a thank you, we surprised our amazing team with new shoes —they’re always on their feet, going the extra mile to deliver the best orthodontic care possible! We also got our team new TAW AND Derby Orthodontics sweaters, enjoyed yummy treats, a “Wonka Bar Golden Bracket Hunt”, and a raffle for prizes!  

We’re so lucky to have a crew that brings their highest level of work and dedication every single DAY! Thank you for your hard work, compassion, and the way you make our practice feel like family. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

This week we’re celebrating the retirement of someone who has been such a special part of our office for over a decade. 

Lorri's kindness, dedication, and steady presence have meant more to our team and our patients than words can fully express. From greeting every patient with a friendly smile to keeping the details behind the scenes running seamlessly, she has truly been part of the heart of this office.

We will miss her dearly, but we are so excited for this next chapter. 💐
