Last week we hosted the final session of Ascent, our office manager development program, at Elevate’s headquarters in Denver.

Office managers from across our partnered practices traveled in to present their capstone project, practice improvement plans designed to strengthen operations and elevate the patient experience.

Beyond the presentations, the program is about building relationships and a strong peer network among the leaders running our practices every day.

Our Co-Founder, Matt Hendrick, was asked to share his perspective for Becker’s Dental article, “Dentistry’s Biggest Pressure Points.”

Matt’s take: the biggest risk in dentistry right now is short term capital paired with rising cost pressure. Models built around quick returns without true alignment with clinicians create cultural strain and instability. The groups that win long term will invest in leadership, protect doctor alignment, and build patient first businesses.
