Dr. Daniel Funk, DMD, MAGD is excited to join Dr. Bloomfield and his team at Blue Mountain Dental and bring his passion for dental health and patient care to the residents of Millard County. Dr. Funk earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree alongside Dr. Bloomfield from UNLV. With eight years of dedicated experience in the dental field he has become a trusted provider of dental implants, dentures, and same day smiles.
With a commitment to providing the highest standard of care, Dr. Funk stays updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education and training. He achieved the Mastership Award through the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Funk met his wife Christy Barney Funk in Vegas while she was attending PA school and he was in Dental School. Christy is the daughter of Joyce and Mike Barney. Outside of the office, Dr. Funk enjoys golfing, hiking, and camping. Most importantly he cherishes spending time with his wife, Christy and their two boys ages 3 and 1.
