As the lead on this case, my goal was to create a result that is not only beautiful, but strong, functional, and built to last, and that required a true interdisciplinary approach with careful planning at every step. A critical part of this journey was rebuilding the foundation — in collaboration with periodontist Dr. Fein , we were able to regenerate bone from as little as 1mm to a level that made implant placement possible, expanding what we can achieve for our patients. This is what modern dentistry looks like — patience, teamwork, and transformations that restore confidence from the inside out 💫
