When I had toothache from my old root canal treated tooth, I knew that Dr. Pafford is the one who I can completely trust. "My first visit to Dr. Pafford's practice was a pleasantly memorable experience. His staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Robin (who works remotely), and Katrina made scheduling and patient registration a breeze. Peter shepherded me through the X-ray process and endo consult examination by Dr. Pafford. And, April served as Dr. Pafford's assistant during the actual procedure. Dr. Pafford conducted the consult quickly and efficiently. He then spoke in plain English to explain what he had done, what he had found, and the treatment alternatives. He covered the waterfront. The actual procedure was both painless and seamless. The only thing he was wrong about was when he would complete the procedure. The appointment was at 2:00 and he said I'd be on my way by 3:00. He and April were completely finished, and I was headed to the parking lot at 2:30. But the remarkable part of this visit was Dr. Pafford's unhesitating willingness to help me immediately. After being advised by my dentist at 10:00 that morning that I probably needed endodontic treatment , I called Dr. Pafford's office at 11:00 and was given an appointment for the consult at 12:45. Following the consult, Dr. Pafford went the extra mile and scheduled the root canal at 2:00. Lastly, everyone with whom I came in contact appeared to enjoy, and took pride in, their work -- a quality that is often lacking in the service sector these days. "I just returned from Dr Pafford’s office. He put an end to the rumor that root canals are to be dreaded. He and everyone on his staff is pleasant, kind, and warm-hearted. I had a little discomfort, but no pain. Dr. Pafford wears a smile that puts his patients at ease. He treated me as if he valued the opportunity to help me with my problem. "What a great experience! Starting from the first call, to the consultation and then the procedure! The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and customer service was top tier! I had a root canal done even though I was told from another office that I needed to get a bone graft and my tooth wasn’t fixable! Dr. P did an excellent job with reassuring me that my tooth could be saved. The procedure was pain free; done unbelievably quick and the finished work is phenomenal! I 100% recommend!!!"

While the technology is amazing - Dr Pafford is why I was there.
He explained everything before, during and after the procedure and displayed a level of confidence that was reassuring
Root canals are not my favourite date , but if I’m going to have one - particularly a complex procedure, would not and will not go anywhere else."
