The dental assistant got pulled to the front desk for “just one quick thing”… and suddenly they’re scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking insurance, and basically running the whole office. 😭👏

Glendy said, “I got this” and Jessica probably blinked once before handing over the entire front desk. 😂✨

Because in a dental office, survival mode = cross training. One minute you’re suctioning during a procedure… next minute you’re explaining insurance benefits like you’ve worked front desk for 10 years. 😎🦷 Teamwork makes the dream work!
