Hi everyone! Our office will be closing today, Thursday March 26th, at 2pm for Spring Break! We will be returning on Monday, April 6th, at 7am. If you have a dental emergency (severe pain or swelling), please call the office and press 9 to leave a message for one of the doctors to call you back. We hope everyone has a wonderful break!

Hi Everyone!

We wanted to take a minute and inform our patient family about some changes to our office hours that will be occurring beginning the week of May 1, 2023. As many of you are aware, our staff is young and several of our employees have families and evening obligations. Therefore, we have consolidated our hours to work better for our staff so they can continue to serve our patients. We apologize for the hiccups as we have been trying to find a solution that works best for everyone.

Beginning the week of May 5th the office hours will be as follows:
Monday: 7am-1pm, 2pm-5pm
Tuesday: 7am-1pm, 2pm-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-1pm, 2pm-5pm
Thursday: 8am-3pm (closed Thursday May 4th for Michigan Dental Association conference)
Friday: CLOSED.

While our office hours are consolidating, we want to assure everyone we are not losing available hours for care. Our available hygiene hours are remaining the same, and treatment hours will be increasing slightly. We also want to assure everyone that this does NOT mean that Dr. Dave is retiring! He will still be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as we all know he would be bored without something to do.

We want to thank you all for your understanding and patience! If you have an appointment that needs to be adjusted as our schedule changes, we will be in contact with you to move it. Please give us a call at 517-669-8864 if you have any questions.

SEEKING DENTAL FRONT DESK/RECEPTIONIST:

DeWitt Family Dental is hiring! We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, self-motivated individual to join our family. In your average day, you would be responsible for handling patient billing, confirming and scheduling appointments, posting payments, and other various reception related tasks. Our office functions well as a team and we are looking for someone to contribute to that atmosphere as a team player.

Hours include:
Monday 7am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch
Tuesday 7am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch
Thursday 11am-6pm (no lunch hour, but lunch is provided)
Friday 8am-2pm (no lunch)

Total hours are between 30-35 hours per week. Pay is commensurate with experience, and we do offer health insurance to our employees. Experience with dental billing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right fit for our office! We look forward to hearing from you soon!
