Happy National Fresh Breath Day! 🦷🪥

Here are a few ways to celebrate:

* 🪥 Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
* 🦷 Floss daily to remove food and plaque between teeth.
* 👅 Clean your tongue, where odor-causing bacteria often collect.
* 💧 Stay hydrated to help prevent dry mouth.
* 🍬 Chew sugar-free gum to stimulate saliva.
* 👨‍⚕️ Schedule or keep up with regular dental checkups.

Fun fact: Most cases of bad breath originate in the mouth, often due to bacteria, though certain foods, dry mouth, smoking, medications, or underlying health conditions can also contribute.
