This patient had been battling cavities and root decay. He finally decided he wanted to replace all his maxillary teeth with implants for a fixed restoration. Dr. McCall removed all the teeth and placed 6 immediate implants the same day. Dr. David Maxwell restored the case beautifully with a screw retained restoration.

Dr. Michele McCall and Dr. Judy McDonnell of New Smyrna Beach, worked together to produce this beautiful result. The patient had "Peg Laterals" on 7 and 10 with old composite restorative material.
