Founded in 2015 by Dr. Stacey Zaikoski, Lion's Tooth Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics (formerly PedZ Dental) was created with one simple goal: to make every child's dental experience a positive one. We are a doctor-owned and operated practice providing gentle, comprehensive care for growing smiles including pediatric dentistry, treatment of tethered oral tissues (tongue ties), and orthodontic

care with our in-house Orthodontist, Dr. Erin Speier. From babies to toddlers to teens and their parents, our goal is to create positive, joyful dental experiences that help every patient feel comfortable, confident and excited to return. Seven years ago today, our practice gained so much more than a team member — we gained a multi-faceted Super-Force who makes every single day brighter!
Whether Madison is working chairside, mastering sterilization, assisting our doctors through tongue tie procedures, or swooping in to save the day for our admin team — she does it all with grace, skill, and a smile that lights up the room.

But here's what makes Madison Madison — the moment she walks through that door, the entire energy shifts. She is a genuine breath of fresh air and nowhere is that magic more visible than with our littlest patients. Madison is our very own “Pied Piper of Pediatrics”. Children are instantly drawn to her warm spirit, her gentle presence, and her incredible gift of making them feel completely safe. That bond? It's real, it's immediate, and it is pure Madison.

And the beautiful thing is — that same amazing spirit she pours into our patients and our team? She brings them home as well. Madison is fully devoted to her own children, soaking up every precious moment, and standing as their rock-solid support whenever they need her most. She is as wonderful a mother as she is a teammate — and that is truly saying something.
