In keeping with Dental Hygiene Month…..
Let’s not forget our precious little ones!!!

Everything that is important for you to do at home, is equally important for them!! When we start good habits, they stay with us for a lifetime!! 🫶🏻

So encourage GOOD brushing (morning AND night), flossers, fluoride rinse, and being proud of their smile!!

To answer some questions we get about what you can do at home to help protect your teeth from decay and to help your hygiene be excellent…..🥳

We recommend:
1. Electric toothbrush: let it do the work! Yes, they take some getting used to, but you’ll notice a huge difference in how clean your teeth feel

2. Flossing: good old regular flossing is imperative to clean between your teeth! (Yes, floss picks are okay)

3. Water picks: or water flossers, these help keep debris flushed out from places it’s hiding! It’s also great for gingival health!

4. Flourish rinse: alcohol free, use it right before bed and no drinking for 30 min so it stays active 👏🏻

Add all these to your dental routine and you’ll see long lasting results!! 💜🫶🏻🦷

It’s soooooo easy to put off going to the dentist, but once you have pain, you’ve actually waited a little too long! 😩😩

Teeth should not hurt if they are healthy!!
