We're excited to add Carolyn Hoyle, FNP-C to our Boydton office! Her schedule is ready and she's accepting new patients. Here's a little bio that Carolyn wrote:

"I am a native of Mecklenburg County and a proud graduate of Bluestone High School, Class of 2005. I began my healthcare career as a junior volunteer with the Chase City Rescue Squad, earning my EMT certification in 2005 and advancing to paramedic certification in 2010. I continue to serve the community as a volunteer paramedic with Boydton Life Station."
"In addition to my pre-hospital experience, I obtained my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in 2006 and worked in long-term care from 2006 to 2008. I then transitioned to the Emergency Department, serving as an ER Technician from 2008 to 2014. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Southside Virginia Community College in 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University in 2015. In 2025, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.'
"My nursing career includes 11 years of experience in Adult Medical Intensive Care and 5 years in the Emergency Department. I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care and am honored to serve individuals and families in the community I call home. I look forward to building lasting relationships with new patients while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care."
