Dr. Farzaneh is an accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, caring for people in Danville and the greater Bay Area. He graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999. He completed a one year internship in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Highland General Hospital/University of the Pacific. He subsequently completed a four-year Oral and Maxillofacial resid
ency program at Highland General Hospital/University of the Pacific. Dr. Farzaneh has received multiple certificates in the area of dental implants, including certificates from Nobel Biocare (one of the world’s leading authorities on dental implants). Dr. Farzaneh continues to care for patients using the latest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including Nobel Guide, which is a CT guided implant planning and placement, making the surgery simple for the patient with the highest level of predictability. In addition, he provides the "Teeth in an Hour" service to those who qualify. He is one of the few surgeons trained in placement of the Zygomaticus Implants, a procedure that eliminates the need for bone grafts in severely resorbed jaws. Dr. Farzaneh continues to keep updated with the newest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
