We want to sincerely thank you for being a valued part of our dental family. Your trust in our team means everything to us. After careful consideration, we are writing to inform you that our office will no longer be in-network with Delta Dental Insurance effective March 31st, 2026. This decision was not made lightly. In recent years, we have experienced increasing challenges with delayed claim payments, excessive administrative scrutiny, and consistently inadequate reimbursement rates that no longer align with the rising costs of providing high-quality dental
care.
Moving out of network will allow us to enhance the level of personal attention, service, and clinical excellence you receive by removing a third-party insurance company from the decision-making process. This change enables us to exceed the standards you deserve while operating sustainably-something that has not been possible in recent years under Delta Dental’s reimbursement structure.
We are committed to working with you to find alternative payment options, such as payment plans or financing if necessary. As an out of network provider, payment will be expected at the time of service for all procedures. Additionally, we will continue to file claims with insurance companies on your behalf, even if we are not in-network as most of the time there will be out-of-network benefits. We will be happy to help you navigate this. Lastly, we thank you for your continued loyalty and support of our practice.
