We understand the post yesterday about going out of network with Delta Dental came as a shock to many of our patients. With that, we would like for those of you affected by this change to take a moment to read through the following details to help you understand what your options are moving forward.
- Even though we are no longer in network with your insurance does not mean that you have to find a new Dentist or that we can no longer see you-We would love to continue to provide you with top tier dental treatment! You still have out of network benefits to be utilized. We would recommend calling your insurance provider to find out exactly what those benefits are for your specific insurance plan.
- Fees for service rendered day of treatment; even in the situation that you utilize out of network benefits, payment will still be expected at checkout. We will file claims with your insurance for out of network benefits and the insurance company will reimburse you instead of us.
- If you do not have insurance or decide to drop your plan, we have an in-house insurance plan available for you- Smile Savers:
Smile Savers is $295 for the year and includes yearly X-rays and Exam, 2 cleanings, and 20% off all major restorative dental work.
- Third party financing through Cherry is offered for all major restorative treatment plans.
