Coffee and tea lovers, this one’s for you ☕️

Those dark stains that show up between the teeth can be stubborn, but there’s a simple trick you can add to your routine. After brushing, don’t rinse right away. Leave the toothpaste on your teeth and floss while that toothpaste is still present.

It helps clean between the teeth more effectively and can help reduce stain buildup over time.

One of the questions we hear most often is, “How long do veneers last?”

Hearing from a patient nearly 20 years later that she still loves her smile and still gets compliments on it meant so much to us.

Great dentistry is about more than how something looks the day it’s done. It’s about creating something that continues to bring confidence years later. Moments like this are a reminder of why we love what we do.

Retainers and night guards only work well if you keep them clean.

A lot of people don’t realize that certain products can actually damage the material over time. Gentle cleaning, proper drying, and the right soaking products make a big difference in keeping them fresh and long-lasting.

A few small habits can help avoid buildup, odor, and unnecessary wear.

An electric toothbrush works best when the brush head is still in good shape.

Over time, the bristles wear down and the brush becomes less effective, even if it still feels like it’s working. Most brush heads should be replaced every 3–4 months to keep your routine doing what it’s supposed to do.

The good news is there are more options than ever now — softer heads for sensitive teeth, compact sizes, and orthodontic-friendly versions designed for different needs.

Bleeding when you brush is not something to ignore.

Healthy gums should not regularly bleed. In many cases, it can be a sign of inflammation or infection below the gumline.

The earlier it’s addressed, the easier it is to manage. If you’ve been noticing pink in the sink, it may be time to come in for an evaluation.
