We're beyond grateful for the time spent with the inspiring Jess Sims and the incredible community of strong, driven women leaders in orthodontics who joined us for the EmpowHer Women's Orthodontic Collective.

Jess reminded us that wellness isn't a luxury — it's a foundation. Through her Take Care 10 framework, she gave us a real, doable plan to put ourselves first, so we can keep showing up for our teams, our patients, and each other. We're officially on our way to wellness. 🙌
