My patient had a vertical root fracture with swelling and pain. That was in June. I extracted the tooth and grafted the socket for her then. Today I placed her implant using guided surgery made possible by a digital work flow. The procedure took 10 minutes. In four months I can place her crown. Dentistry has really changed in my 32 years.

I placed two immediate implants for my patient today. That means I extracted the teeth and then placed the implants at the same appointment. I anticipate creating a new smile for him in four months.
