As I am sure you are all aware it is very difficult to find employees to staff businesses these days. Because of this situation we are being forced to change some of our In Lab Turnaround Times.
Effective immediately, the only items that will change are:
Full Dentures
Set Teeth in Wax 10 Days In Lab
Process & Finish 10 Days In Lab

Flexible Partials
Try-In with Teeth 10 Days In Lab

Cast Chrome Partials
Set Teeth in Wax 10 Days In Lab
Process & Finish 10 Days In Lab

Acrylic Partials
1-4 Teeth 5 Days In Lab
More than 4 Teeth 7 Days In Lab

Please plan your cases accordingly
No other Turnaround Times have changed

Update 2/18/21:
The lab will once again be closed on Friday 2/19/21, due to busted pipes. The plan is for us to reopen on Monday 2/22/21. With us being closed this entire week, cases are running behind. We will do our very best to get everything out to you in a timely manner. Our delivery drivers will run their routes as normal, however, they might not have cases that you are expecting. If you have a patient scheduled on Monday, and do not have the case, please call us so that we can try to arrange delivery. We ask that you have patience, as our phones will likely be very busy. The lab will be closed on Thursday 2/18 due to the weather conditions. We value our employees and want them to remain safe.

Due to the severe weather here in the DFW metroplex, we are working with a very small skeleton staff, and limited hours of operation.

For the safety of our employees, we will not have any drivers on the road today making deliveries or picking cases up.

With the upcoming weather forecast not looking any better, this may be the same situation for the coming week as well. We will keep this page updated with the latest information regarding pick ups and deliveries.

If you have dental cases that are due for the rest of this week and next week, that you must have, please call the lab to make arrangements.
We will have the availability for our clients to come to the lab for pick ups, and drop offs. Please call us prior to coming to the lab.
