Dr. McFadden is double board-certified in both prosthodontics & implantology: A distinction held by less than 20 dentists in the US. The Dental Implant Center is a private practice specializing in dental implant/prosthodontic treatments: A team of Board Certified Prosthodontists in Dallas, Texas, led by Dr. David McFadden. For over 35 years, Dr. McFadden has practiced patient-centered care and is

available on-site full-time to personally see and treat patients. In early 2021, Dr. Daniel Tan, (prosthodontist) joined our team and has since worked alongside Dr. McFadden. Then in 2024, Dr. Andrew Lim (also a prosthodontist) joined our practice. Both of them bring exceptional hands skills, attention to detail and a calm and caring chairside manner. While Dr. McFadden handles the surgical aspect of treatments, they handle much of our patients’ restorative needs. Together, they all work together to provide our patients with the very best outcomes possible. In addition to dental implant treatments, Dr. McFadden’s private practice offers a wide variety of dental services for adults with complex dental needs. These specialty services include full mouth reconstructions (functional makeovers), crowns, bridges, veneers, partials and complete dentures. Dr. McFadden lectures locally, nationally and internationally. The low-volume, quality-based office is a state-of-the-art facility where outstanding outcomes are our focus. Full arch/Full mouth dental implant tooth replacements don’t all HAVE to be big, bulky prostheses, like a denture on stilts. There are better options besides the popular All-On-4 implant denture. Does it cost more? Yes. Does it take longer? Oftentimes, yes. But FP1 and FP2 bridges, when done carefully and properly, are a FAR BETTER OPTION for replacing all of your teeth. If you are looking for full arch or full mouth treatment and still have some or most of your teeth, you owe it to yourself to (A) learn about ALL the options, and (B) find out if you’re a candidate for these alternative options.
