Cavities are not just about candy. 🍬

Bacteria in your mouth also feed on sugars and carbohydrates, which means frequent snacking and sipping throughout the day can give acids more chances to wear on your enamel.

The takeaway? What you eat matters, but how often your teeth are exposed to it matters too. Keeping up with brushing, flossing, and regular dental visits can help protect your smile.
