When was the last time you opened a fresh toothbrush? 🪥✨

Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush or electric brush head every 3 to 4 months (or sooner if the bristles are frayed or after being sick!). Worn bristles miss plaque and can irritate your gums.
A fresh brush keeps daily care on track, but nothing beats a professional shine and checkup! 🧼✨

📞 Is your smile overdue for a checkup? Call our team today at 469-708-3430 to book your next appointment!

Thoughtful Thursday: Is your tongue cleaner than your teeth? 👅

You brush twice a day and floss like a pro, but if you are skipping your tongue, you are leaving behind up to 50% of the bacteria in your mouth!

The surface of your tongue is full of tiny bumps that trap food particles, which is the #1 cause of lingering bad breath.

Quick Tip: Use a tongue scraper or your toothbrush to gently clean from back to front every morning!

Need a professional refresh? We have open appointments available this week! Call us today (469)708-3430 or click the link in our bio to book your next checkup and cleaning. 🪥✨

WATCH before their next sweet snack. 🍭 It’s not just how much sugar kids eat, but how often! Brush or rinse with water after treats.
Cuidado con los dulces — no es solo cuánto azúcar comen, sino con qué frecuencia. ¡Cepilla o enjuaga con agua después de comer!
